License Transfer

A current Garden Grove Animal License can be transferred to the new owner of a pet at a cost of $6.00. Please make your check payable to City of Garden Grove. Do not send cash.

Payment, license tag number, and evidence of the change of ownership, such as a letter from the prior owner, should be mailed to:
