Payment Options

You may license by mail and pay for your license with a check or money order made payable to “City of Kirkland."

You may license online and pay for your license with a major credit card. A convenience fee of $2.00 will apply per transaction. Multiple pets can be licensed in one transaction.

You may license in person at either Kirkland City Hall (Mon. – Fri. 8am to 5pm, excluding holidays) or the Kirkland Justice Center (Mon. – Fri. 7am to 5pm, excluding holidays). Please bring a copy of your pet's current rabies certificate, proof of spay/neuter, and proof of owner’s age if applying for the discounted rate for senior citizens.
