Payment Options

You may license by mail and pay for your license with a check or money order made payable to "Lake County Animal Licensing."

You may license online and pay for your license with a major credit card. A convenience fee will apply per transaction. Please note: new applications for the senior discount or for unaltered exemptions must be submitted with additional documentation through the mail. Renewal licenses may be purchased online provided that you have first logged in using the reference number from our mailing.

You may license in person at the Lake County Animal Shelter or at the participating veterinary clinic. Please bring a copy of your pet's current rabies certificate and proof of spay/neuter.
