Refunds

A refund may be available for the following reasons:

1. If a duplicate payment was made for the same pet and the same license term. Include the pet’s current license tag number if it is available, and as much information as possible regarding your payments.
2. If a spayed or neutered pet was licensed at the unaltered rate. Include proof of the date of alteration with your request.
3. If the pet owner lived outside the city limits at the time of licensing.
4. If the pet has died more than 3 months before the expiration date of the license.
