Refunds

A refund may be available for the following reasons:

1. If a duplicate payment was made for the same pet and the same license term. Be sure to include the pet’s current license tag number if it is available, and as much information as possible regarding your payments.
2. If the pet was spayed or neutered at the time of licensing but licensed at the unaltered rate or if a pet 4 months of age was licensed at the unaltered rate but is then altered by 9 months of age. Be sure to include proof of the date of alteration.

Refunds are not available for unused time or if an animal 9 months of age or older is altered during the licensing period and you paid at the higher rate.
