Why Privatize Licensing?

The City of Eugene chose to work with PetData beginning in 2013 to promote animal licensing, to increase the cost-effectiveness of the program, and to provide additional services to its citizens such as licensing reminder notices, customer service operators dedicated to City of Eugene Animal Licensing, and easy access to lost animal information for animal service officers.
