Refunds

A refund may be available for the following reasons:

1. If a duplicate payment was made for the same pet and the same registration term. Be sure to include the pet’s current registration tag number if it is available, and as much information as possible regarding your payments.
2. If a previously spayed or neutered pet was registered at the unaltered rate. Be sure to include proof of alteration dated prior to the registration date.
3. If the pet owner lived outside the city limits of Allen at the time of registration.

Refunds are not available for unused time or if the animal is altered during the registration period and you paid at the higher rate.
